Do you create digital content, contribute to a website, or have an interest in understanding accessibility better?
Be a part of this peer-learning community where we discuss digital accessibility principles, learn new tips, and share experiences!
Each semester, we will focus on a different accessibility course in Siteimprove Frontier and meet to discuss each short, easy to digest module.
Our Fall 2023 course, Accessibility Fundamentals for the Web, consists of three short modules that can be taken at your own pace prior to our module meeting. We host biweekly Zoom meetings where we discuss one module at a time and complete activities to practice what we've learned. Finally, we have a special guest speaker on the last day to discuss their tips for accessibility!
After registering, participants will be sent instructions on how to access the Siteimprove Frontier course. Participation in all sessions is not mandatory, but you will receive a certificate for attending all sessions. Zoom sessions will not be recorded.
All faculty and staff are welcome, regardless of experience with accessibility or Siteimprove.
